Search Tips

Browsing keywords is another search method to locate information in PDRŽ Electronic Library. Browsing eliminates typing the keyword and allows you to view the full list of keywords, alphabetically.

To search using keywords, rather than browsing, use the Keyword Search method.

To Browse:

  1. Select the index (Brand & Generic Names, Herbal Names, Indications, Contraindications, etc.) then click the first letter of the product, indication, contraindication, etc.

  2. Search results are presented alphabetically.

  3. Select a link to open the document for further information.

Prescription / Non-Prescription:
Browsing keywords within the PDR Suite allows you to view products sorted by Prescription / Non-Prescription status.
Select the Prescription / Non-Prescription index and click the first letter of the product you are searching for.
Search results are displayed alphabetically, grouped by their prescription or non-prescription status, with prescription products shown first.
To switch from the prescription drug list to the non-prescription drug list (and vice versa) use the hypertext link in the sidebar.
